Hallo Romana und BwPostmann-Gemeinde,

gestern habe ich meine Website auf joomla 3.5.1 & BwPostman 1.3.2 upgedatet. Nun ist der Submit-Button im Anmeldeformular nicht mehr sichtbar. Habe schon überall nachgeschaut, stehe völlig auf dem Schlauch. Hat jemand eine Idee?

Hallo Brigitta,

so auf die Schnelle und aus dem Bauch heraus würde ich sagen, dass da irgend ein JQuery die Anzeige der Buttons unterdrückt. Im <Head> der Seite sehe ich /media/jui/js/jquery.ui.core.min.js. Kommt das von deinem Template? Was macht ein Template, das von Joomla mitgeliefert wird?

Hallo Romana,

wie immer schnell wie der Blitz :)

Mit beez wird zwar der Button angezeigt , aber ich habe dann auch das Problem, dass die Email zur Aktivierung nicht verschickt wird. Ich glaube auch, dass das ein Javascript Problem ist. Davon habe ich 'ne Menge drin, da ich viele Erweiterungen habe.
Nun, das wird eine große Suche, ich melde mich, wenn ich eine Lösung habe.

wenn ich deine Startseite ansehe, dann fallen mir auf den ersten Blick die jQuery's auf.
Schau mal in den <head> deiner Seite.

jQuery wird 3-mal geladen in zwei Versionen.

Ich würde versuchen die Module nacheinander zu deaktivieren.
Hast du das Anmeldemodul von BwPostman mal probiert, das benutzt für den Button andere Klassen.

Leider führt dein Link auf eine Fehler-404-Seite, so kann man nicht nachvollziehen, wo der Fehler liegen könnte.
Aber wie Romana auch tippe ich auf Javascript.

ja, ich sehe das JS-Kuddelmuddel auch, jede Erweiterung macht da so ihr eigenes Ding, das muss ich wohl entwirren.
Das Anmeldemodul werde ich mal ausprobieren.
Stimmt, habe jetzt mal die NL-Anmeldung mal angeschaltet bis ich die Lösung habe.

Vielen Dank für deine Tipps und die Lösung poste ich dann natürlich.

Hallo Romana, hallo Karl und alle Interessierten,

das ist die Lösung: Es liegt am Server!

Der bietet Email-Versand nur mit SMTP und das funktioniert nicht mehr. Mit meinen eigenen SMTP hat alles gut geklappt (allerdings habe ich lange gebraucht drauf zu kommen, meine dazu gehörige Email auch in Postman zu hinterlegen.).

Jetzt schwitzt dieser komische Hoster, den der Kunde aber auf keinen Fall wechseln will, obgleich es nach jedem Joomla Update zu Problemen kommt ;-(

BwPostman ist einfach die beste NL-Extention und Ihr seid der beste Support.
