[SOLVED] Ohne Namen kein Import oder Neuanlage

    • Ohne Namen kein Import oder Neuanlage was created by fricus
    Wenn ich Abonnenten importieren will, aber nur die Emailadressen benötige, kann ich weder importieren noch neu anlegen, obwohl ich Vorname und Nachname nicht als Pflichtfeld markiert habe.

    Das Feld Nachname taucht nicht auf, wird aber beim Speichern als benötigt aufgeführt. Was könnte das sein?

    Hallo fricus,

    für den Import kann ich den Fehler weder für CSV noch für XML bestätigen. Hast Du die Version 1.2.0 von BwPostman?

    Lediglich beim Anlegen eines Abonnenten im Backend ist ein leichter Fehler im Programm. Es wird ein paar Tage dauern, bis die Korrekturen gemacht sind und meine Tester ihr okay gegeben haben.

    Als Workaround beim Anlegen im Backend reicht es, ein Leerzeichen beim Namen anzugeben.

    Hast Du beim Import im zweiten Screen die Datenbankfelder für Name und Vorname aus der linken Liste gelöscht?

    Hallo Romana,

    danke für die schnelle Antwort ...
    Die Namen habe ich gelöscht und es auch mit verschiedenen Trennern (,;TAB etc.) versucht. Abgesehen vom Import finde ich die Neuanlage schwierig, weil die Parameter Vorname und Name deaktiviert sind und trotzdem die Meldung kommt wie auf dem Scrennshot, dass der Nachname fehlt.
    Die Version ist die 1.2.0, nachdem ich gesehen hatte, dass es eine neuere Version gibt.
    Ein Import einer Backupdatei (mit einem Nutzer) hat schon funktioniert, deshalb werde ich nochmals nachschauen, wie die csv genau auszusehen hat. Danke nochmal für die Vorschläge und ich werde die Fortschritte mitteilen.

    verschiedene Trenner, also CSV.

    bearbeitest Du zufällig deine CSV-Datei mit Excel? Das wäre gar nicht gut! Schau' Dir das hier mal an:

    Excel ist keiin Programm.
    Libre Office/Open Office löst die Importprobleme.
