[SOLVED] DSGVO Pflichtfeld bei der Anmeldung

    Hallo,

    laut den Bestimmungen der DSGVO muss man bei der Anmeldung zu einem Newsletter eine Checkbox einfügen mit Hinweis und Link auf die Datenschutzerklärung.
    Wortlaut z.B. "Ich habe die Datenschutzerklärung gelesen und akzeptiert."
    wobei das Wort "Datenschutzerklärung" dann mit einem Link unterlegt sein muss.

    Diese Checkbox muss ein Pflichtfeld sein.
    Ich finde in den BwPostman-Einstellungen keine Optionen hierzu.
    Ist diese Funktion noch nicht implementiert?

    die Behauptung mit der Checkbox stimmt so nicht. Schau mal hier vorbei: www.datenschutz-guru.de/tag/dsgvo-last-minute/

    Hallo Romana,

    danke für deine Antwort.
    Nun ja, es gibt noch einige Unklarheiten in Bezug auf die DSGVO, daher möchte ich sicher gehen.

    Den Disclaimer Link hatte ich gefunden, aber ich kann den angezeigten Text "Disclaimer akzeptieren" nicht ändern...
    Oder gibt es dafür eine Einstellmöglichkeit?

    mit Sprach-Overrides kriegst Du das hin. Ich glaube, Karl hatte zu diesem Thema hier im Forum schon etwas geschrieben.

    Der Spracheintrag der Disclaimer-Checkbox findet sich in
    /language/de-DE/de-DE.mod_bwpostman.ini

    Funktioniert soweit. Obwohl ich mir dafür eine elegantere Lösung gewünscht hätte. :whistle:
