[SOLVED] Component is not seen in Joomla 4

Well, I really dont't know all the details of plesk, you will find them on www.plesk.com/ .
It is a hosting and management plattform to install many web-sites and domains such as web-servers, e-mailservices and so on.
Each domain resides on an different enclosed part of an unix-server and therefore you have maybe only a relative directorty-path, not compatible with a unix-stanalone machine.
So it's not a Windows system.

My system runs also with apache,mysql and php, so I could manage the database of Joomla in the described way. That would not be the problem, I suppose.
After I had deleted all the tables of Postman in the database and tried to reinstall Postman I saw, that all tables where there again (see attachement).
So the installation of the tables in sql isn't the problem, too.
I've no more idears, sorry.

the error-message says: BLOB/TEXT column 'tpl_html' can't have a default value
the only colum Idetected in my old jooml 3 with tpl_html is in the table _bwpostman_templates.
Maybe there is a default value?
Another difference:
My old Postman has 12 tables in the database, the new one (joomla 4) has only 8 .
Maybe because of the installation process aborts?
