    Hallo zusammen, die Newsletter Warteschlange lässt sich nicht mehr öffnen, um die Zustellversuche zurückzusetzen und den Versand neu zu starten.

    Ich sollte heute 14:00 Uhr im Auftrage meines Kunden einen Newsletter versenden. Ich muss in 10 Minuten weg ...

    Was kann ich tun, dass die Warteschlange sich öffnen lässt?

    Hallo Silke,
    ich hab eben mit Joomla 5.3.1 und BwPostman 4.3.2 getestet.
    Bei zwei Fehlversuchen wird die Tabelle "_bwpostman_sendmailqueue" befüllt.
    Befinden sich Einträge in der Tabelle wird der Tab "Warteschlange" angezeigt.
    Zustellversuche lassen sich zurücksetzen und der Versand fortsetzen.

    Bei mir funktioniert es leider nicht. Wenn ich auf den Link "Newsletter -> Warteschlange" klicke, wackelt es kurz, öffnet sich aber nicht.

    Sorry Silke,
    aber das weiß ich auch nicht.

    Im Admin sollte es so aussehen
     
    und so in der Datenbanktabelle
     

    Welche PHP-Version nutzt du, vielleicht hilft es, wenn du z.B. auf 8.2 zurückgehst.
    Ist das Debugging aktiviert! Vielleicht kommt eine Fehlermeldung.

    Danke Karl, leider waren bei mir die Button oben zum Zurücksetzen und Versand-fortsetzen nicht da. Ich habe die letzte Version neu drüber installiert. Nun funktioniert es.

    Ich bin froh, dass es mit dem drüber installieren geklappt hat. Danke für Bemühung. Die Button fehlten bei mir ...
