now I can understand Your problem.

BwPostman uses the possibilities of Joomla to send the emails. So there are no options to set for this in BwPostman.

The error occurs, if Your mail server don't behave correct, see this link: cr.yp.to/docs/smtplf.html

If the error only occurs for some recipients, then it is because the receiving mail server has implemented a conversion for such misconfigured mails.

In Joomla there are three ways to send emails: PHP Mail, Sendmail and SMTP. The one You selected produces this error, so You can try to use one of the other options. Perhaps this would help.
